Full Bio

By day I maximize my experience transitioning out of domestic violence and destitution to serve as the executive director of Serve City, a faith-based homeless and housing social service agency, and as an industry leader. I currently serve as the chair of the county's Homeless and Housing Coalition, as Co-Chair of the County Commissioner's Homeless Work Group, and as a board member of the state's Coalition on Homelessness and Housing. I serve on various other committees and work closely with various social service and government agencies within the county seat, in the region, and at the state level as a presenter,  trusted consultant, and social service sector SME.

By night, I operate Pink Collar Savvy & Chic Services ®, the holistic coaching and consulting ministry I founded  to bless women - Swans, and to support pink-collar professionals in the social service sector. As a Doctor of Strategic Leadership and consultant, I support pink-collar professionals suffering from pain points such as burnout, compassion fatigue, sabotaged self-care, and secondary traumatic stress, by providing pink-collar professionals with consulting that dispenses the RX  for social service sector success. All as service on purpose: Outward to women, outward to the workplace, upward as worship.
